About Me
I began my career in education as a 4th-grade teacher, where I quickly realized my passion extended beyond the classroom to making a broader impact on students and the field of education as a whole. Throughout my career, I have served in multiple roles—from teacher to school leader—each grounded in a commitment to improving student outcomes and strengthening the educators who serve them.
My work in Title I schools laid the foundation for my focus on equity, systems, and school improvement. These experiences shaped my ability to develop leaders, implement strategic priorities, and drive meaningful change in complex educational environments. Through both academic study and hands-on leadership, I have expanded my expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
With over 28 years in education, I bring a broad and adaptable skill set that supports school and district leaders at the local, state, and national levels. I am not only equipped to lead change, but to partner with and coach leaders as they navigate and sustain it.
